You’re more than a score

When being evaluated, make sure to tell your story, too

  • Personality tests
  • Critical thinking tests
  • Technical interviews
  • Design challenges

Each exercise is designed to place you somewhere in a spectrum and help the Hiring Manager make the most educated decision.

However, not a single one accurately or effectively helps you tell your story.

Rehearse your introduction.

Come prepared with specific moments where you were — or became — the hero.

And be sure to leave them clamoring for the next act.

Without your stories, you risk being compared to others based on score alone.

Odds are high that someone else practiced harder for the test, but is a worse story-teller than you.
