They are in your face without feeling pushy.
You see them repeatedly without giving them much active thought.
You hear their calls for action without any noise transmitted.
They are the memes that surround the products and services that companies want you to buy.
In lieu of a human pushing them unto you, design is what closes the deal.
The words (or lack thereof), the colors, the tone, and the shape.
They know you better than you think you know yourself.
