Need a ride?

Go outside. Run around. Try to find one by standing by the curb and waiving your hand. Pray that one stops for you. Hope that the price isn’t too steep when you arrive at your destination. Oh, and be sure to have cash.

Wanna watch a movie?

Get in the car. Drive to the nearest one. Browse the aisles. Pick a movie. Pray that they’re not all rented. Wait in line to check out. Come home so we can watch. Don’t forget to return the movie before this time or else we will owe more money…like at the library…?

It should be less inconvenient.

And all of the technological, social and economical innovations that made their businesses feasible, viable, and today nearly unstoppable.
