I enjoy difficult games
Dark Souls. Bloodborne. Sekiro. Baba is You. Dead Cells.
I spend countless hours re-treading my steps
I die. I make it back to that spot. I die again.
So why do I keep playing?
Because each death is a learning opportunity.
Through perseverance — and often the luck of random number generators — I eventually make progress.
Is your idea like a difficult game, or is it a bad idea?
You may be frustrated with how slow your idea is gaining traction.
Should you keep at it, attacking the market from another angle?
Or should you move on?
Recognize there is no more learning to do — except, recognizing when it’s time to move on.
