Feel uncomfortable? Then I’m doing my job.

You come wanting something. You leave getting what you really need. They’re not always the same thing.

Are you a product owner?

My job is to help validate your product’s capabilities. That requires us to put each one to a test. You’ll be challenged more now to avoid having more challenges later.

Are you an online retailer?

My job is to help you understand why your website is deterring customers. That requires us to be vulnerable when talking to your customers, and to seriously consider re-building your current website. You may learn that your customers have different opinions than you, or that your previous website administrators burned you bad.

Are you a recruiter or employer?

My job is to help us determine whether I am the best candidate. That requires us to come to a shared understanding of yours and my expectations for the position, and determine my abilities to meet those expectations. You may learn that you mis-targeted the job description or that your problem is too big or too small for someone like me to solve.

I’m a designer. I will ask you ‘why’…a lot.

I will do everything I can to focus yours and my energy on the most important problem. Then I’ll work with you to explore solutions.

This discomfort you feel will lead to incredible satisfaction. I promise.
